Tour description.
On this tour you will learn the Historic Center of Lima "City of Kings" declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. During the tour appreciate Places:  Lima Main Square, Plaza San Martin . Churches and Convents: Cathedral of Lima, the Sagrario, Our Lady of Mercy, The Nazarene, Sait Peter, Sanctuary of St. Rose of Lima, San Francisco, Santo Domingo and San Agustin. Palaces and Mansions: City Hall, Government Palace. Archbishop's Palace, Osambela, the Magistrate, Goyeneche, Pilate, Torre Tagle, Aliaga, Welsch, Aspillaga, O `higgins, Negreiros and of the 13 doors.

History of the City of Kings.
It is the central and oldest part of the City of Lima "City of Kings" until the nineteenth century. The City of Lima was founded by Spanish explorer Francisco Pizarro on January 18, 1535 as capital of the Viceroyalty of New Castilla of the Spanish Empire. During our tour: You will travel through its history and cultural integration of Peru: Our tour starts at the Main Square of Lima, where there is the foundation of Lima, highlighting its beautiful fountain, you enter the Cathedral of Lima and Museum Religious Art highlights the chapel where the founder, the high altar and choir stalls, continue the visit with the Archbishop's Palace with its beautiful neoclassical style balconies, the house of Judge, the oldest house of the sixteenth century, the Palace of Government Frenchified style which stands inside the Golden Hall, the Board of Tupac Amaru and the Grand Hall, Plaza Peru, executed in 2005, The Monument to honor the last Taulichusco curaca Rimac River valley and the French influence City Hall highlighting the Pinacoteca, Reception Room and Library. 
Convent of the Descalzos


Enter  the Convent of the Barefoot Friars, located at the end of a once elegant avenue in Rimac at the foot of San Cristobal, the Convento de Los Descalzos, the Convent of the Barefoot Friars, was founded in 1595 as a place of spiritual retreat surrounded by fields and vineyards. Even though today it's right in the middle of sprawling and hectic Lima, the Convent still is a tranquil and relaxing refuge. Since the 1980s the convent houses an impressive museum displaying three centuries of religious art.
